Mug Cake



RECIPE 

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour- 1/2 cup
Castered sugar- 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder- 2 tablespoons
Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda- 1/6 teaspoon
Milk- 1/2 cup 
Vegetable oil- 2 tablespoons
lemon juice or vinegar- 1 tablespoon
Chocolate of your preference

🍫 Add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda and mix well with a whisk or fork so they combine well.
🍫 Add the milk to the mixture and then add the oil and lemon juice and whisk well so there are no lumps
🍫 Now in a microwavable mug or cup pour in two tablespoons of the batter and then place two or three small pieces of chocolate on top of the batter. Make sure the chocolate pieces aren't too big or they'll sink into the batter.
🍫  Now add two more tablespoons of batter and add another two to three pieces of chocolate. Finally add the last two tablespoons of the batter.
🍫 Bear in mind that the batter should not exceed more than 3/4th of the cup. Layer the batter accordingly
🍫 Repeat the process in another cup and then place them in the microwave.
🍫 Microwave on high for 2 minutes. If they are not done by then microwave for a minute longer.
🍫 Garnish with toppings of your choice and dig in.
